TAMPA, Fla. (October 20, 2014) – For non-profits, staying in front of philanthropic audiences and gathering the volunteers necessary to advance your mission is critical. There are many wonderful organizations with a presence in our community and promoting your brand to stand out above others often means utilizing digital tools to make it accessible to the widest audience possible. Paint Your Heart Out Tampa (PYHOT), a program in which citizens volunteer to paint the homes of the elderly and physically disabled, recognized the need to better show off the amazing work they’ve done over the past 26 years while better connecting with the sponsors and volunteers that drive the organization.
To do this, Paint Your Heart Out Tampa partnered with Absolute Marketing Solutions, a Tampa digital marketing agency that specializes in responsive website design and mobile applications, to produce a dynamic, easy-to-use website that showcases past projects and accomplishments to potential volunteers and donors.
The new website (http://www.pyhot.org/) features a scrolling marquee, which displays pictures of the volunteers who took part in painting projects throughout the years. A new photo gallery further exhibits the large community that has come together to help those in need. The site also features key statistics illustrating the impact that PYHOT has made in the community.
Since 1988, Paint Your Heart Out Tampa has been enhancing the lives of Tampa’s elderly and physically disabled citizens by mobilizing teams of volunteers to paint their homes. While their mission serves people in need, it also serves the greater community by encouraging people to take time to beautify its structures.
“Paint Your Heart Out Tampa’s work is critical to building a strong community. We wanted to do our part to help,” said Alfred Goldberg, president of Absolute Marketing Solutions. “We created a new design for their site that makes it easier for people to learn about Paint Your Heart Out Tampa and help them reach their business objectives.”
“The work that Alfred and the team at Absolute has done to produce our website is a further example of how our community can come together and utilize all our talents for the greater good of Tampa”, said Chris Quiroz, chairperson for PYHOT. “Our website is a wonderful representation of the spirit that embodies our organization.”
