Absolute Marketing Solutions Gives Free Mobile App to Local Non-Profit

Tampa, Florida – April 28, 2013 – Absolute Marketing Solutions is proud to announce their donation of a mobile application to the Tampa Jewish Family Services.

The app was unveiled during the Tampa Trifecta event, an annual fundraiser in which Absolute was a main event sponsor. According to Michael Barnett, CEO of Tampa Jewish Family Services, this year’s event generated over $65,000 in donations.

Alfred Goldberg, Co-Founder of Absolute Marketing Solutions, spoke at the event and unveiled the app during the reception. When asked why he felt it was important to create and donate this application to the Tampa Jewish Family Services, he said, “I see the app helping Tampa Jewish Family Services reach a new generation of donors and volunteers. One challenge facing non-profits is the fact that they have a fixed donor base. Non-profits have problems reaching and engaging younger demographics within the community. Mobile is a technology that has successfully provided a platform for non-profits to grow their donor base and include younger generations to help further their cause.”

Michael Barnett echoed Goldberg’s sentiments about the app donation. He stated “the development of a mobile app enables Tampa Jewish Family Services to reach a generation that is critically important to the long-term growth of our agency. Social media is an important marketing tool for us to cultivate new audiences, engage donors in a way that can immediately help someone in need, as well as bring important information about our services to clients.”

Barnett expressed his gratitude in having this new technology resource. “We recognize the relevance of cutting-edge technology in business, and without the generous support from Absolute Marketing Solutions, we wouldn’t be in a position to reach new audiences using mobile technology.”

Goldberg stresses that their involvement with this donation doesn’t end with the development of the app.  He summarized that by saying, “As with all projects we develop, Absolute will continue to monitor the usage of the application and work with Tampa Jewish Family Services to make adjustments to maximize the ROI of this technology.”
